Hi Everyone I have a 1yr 3 month 5 lb yorkie who gets dehydrated every three to four month. He has water all the time and eats normal but every so often he starts to drool and than a little foam comes out of his month. Than I notice he gets very sick looking and than I check his gums and they start to turn white.
This happen again Sat. and I brought him to the vet, they have to give him an I V and he has to stay over night. Now I love my Ollie to death but the vet said they don't know what is happen to him. They ask if he got into anything and all three time I know he didn't he just get this every three to four months. Is there anyone else that has this problem, has anyone heard of anything like this?
This has happen three times to my poor baby and I don't know what to do. It has cost me almost 5,000. so far for the three visits and he also saw an internist who can't figure it out. All I get is he needs more test. Please help I'm a single mom who just lost my husband last year and can't bare to have a another lost. Please help!
