The corona vaccine isn't recommended even if it is prevelent in your area. There are a few holistic sites on vaccines that say the possible side effects of the Lepto virus far outweigh any benefits the vaccine offers. And it is like a flu vaccine in that it only covers 1-2 of the 6 strains of lepto out there.
My girls take Interceptor (which is a pill) and it covers all the worms - just doesn't have any flea protection in it. It also has the least amount of problems reported with it - unlike Heartguard.
