Emme is much better, they do not believe that it was Parvo after her blood work came back. They think that she had a bacterial infection in the digestive track but they still treated her for parvo because the treatment would still have been the same. After the first day of the IV she was alert and running around looking for food. The second day she did 1/2 day of treatment with IV and antibiotics and was released. She is back to eating and drinking on her own now and is playing. Friday morning I took in what looked like a rag doll that would not move and Friday evening I had a dog with a I'm feeling better attitude and then Saturday, my little girl was feisty as ever.

I have been bleaching everything anyway and I do have a product that is supposed to kill the parvo virus on carpets and furniture that I have tried. It also kills the HIV virus and it is used in vet's offices and hospitals. My sister was able to get me some to use around the house.

Thank you everyone for your kindness and your concerns during this time. Your prayers were heard and Emme is getting back to normal.
