Many of the members have purchased puppies from less than desirable breeders, and there's nothing that can be done about that. I would like to see the conditions raised in puppy mills, but many of the dogs are healthy enough, so don't worry too much. I agree it always a good idea to put money aside for health needs, and some people buy pet insurance.
