It is very likely not pancreatitis is the blood work is normal but it could be I think. Ellie threw up 8 times in one day once and then was fine. She had an ultrasound a week later for something unrelated and the specialist diagnosed pancreatitis, so ultrasound is a good method but expensive. I wouldn't do it too fast because of the expense.
