Does your pup have any strange neurologic symptoms or has she been exposed to wild animals? If not, I'd say no. I don't know the laws in your area about reporting dogs that have bitten but this is just a pup and it was just a play bite and the chances of her having rabies are next to none, so I wouldn't worry personally but if there is any doubt in your mind, you can always call your doctor.
