Some of the puppies are so sad. It almost makes you want to adopt them and bring them home with you to get them away from him......the bad thing is then you would still be giving him business if you get the puppies from him. I am awfully confused at why no one can stop people like this and why they can't shut him down. I guess I dk much about the whole "breeding" thing my lil ones are both fixed (bc one is a chihuahua and well Bailey is a lil yorkie girl) and I didn't want to take chances with her having babies as small as she is. Sorry for rambling I am just awfully confused at how nothing can be done here
