Of course, I have been watching what I eat, and I am doing my cardio on the off days.

I will add, that I am EATING ALL THE TIME....I am just eating nutrient-dense foods, no junk, no empty calories. Fruit, veggies, lean protein, whole grains. That's it. I am rarely hungry. When I get hunger pangs at work, I have about 10 almonds, and I am good for a few hours.

I feel great. That's the best part.

I'll let you know how it goes after another 6 weeks.
Congratulations and what a motivational post! I'm glad you're putting your honest to goodness fitness first and are getting in shape the healthy way - our society is so obsessed with thinness that it's tempting to get caught up in the harmful fad diets that come along every couple years.

You go girl. I've tossed around the personal trainer idea for a couple years and you're convincing me to go for it!
