I do believe Advantage is waterproof, with Frontline you need to wait 48 hours after a bath to give it to them.

Best way to rid fleas in your home? Vacuum!!! Kills 97%. Flea baths are useless, they rid you of fleas for about 6-8 hours then the larvae start to rehatch.

Soemtimes you do need to apply Advantage every 3 weeks.
