I used to do this in my last life. I was a bisque supplier for contemporary ceramic studios. I believe you are looking for an extruder, they have dies for different shapes. Or, perhaps you are talking about a slab roller? North Star Pottery makes both of these at reasonable prices for the hobbiest or semi-professional.
