Target has some cute Halloween costumes for only $9.99. I bought a princess costume and a witch. They had a bunch, devil,rooster,hotdog,pumpkin,purple monkey,lobster,pig,mermaid,skunk,ladybug,bumble bee I think that was all of them. They were in the dogs section and back with the kids costumes. The pictures aren't the greatest. They just don't want to sit still, plus my little one is not use to wearing clothes yet because of the summer heat. have fun shopping
