I have never encountered this with my dogs, but I'm thinking Villette has. From what I remember, dogs coming in contact with toads foam at the mouth a lot, but I don't remember that they threw up. I guess I'd be a little concerned about that. If he shows any other signs of distress, maybe you should take him to an ER place...better safe than sorry.
