I have 3 yorkies now and had 3 previously and all of my past yorkies never were barkers and never had seperation anxiety even though I worked full time and they were only dogs. The 3 I have now have learned how to bark from my terrible barker 11 year old pom. I need to work more on all of their barking. But if one barks it sets the others off. I really think if they were only dogs and didn't learn from my pom they would all be much quieter. None of them have had any problems with seperation anxiety either, but I am home most of the time. I do feel better leaving them for awhile since they have each other. You will love having a Yorkie and they really do fit in to your lifestyle. |
