I would not give anything but water for 24 hours to rest the gut and let whatever is irritating it to pass. I give my girls 1/2 of a Pepto caplet for diarrhea. That usually stops it. The vomiting is concerning. You will want to give some nutrical or Karo syrup to keep blood sugar up, and encourage water to prevent dehydration. Beyond that, I would certainly be calling a vet. Most will work out a payment plan.
