Yes, you might see some in shows that are closer to the standard than others, but much better than trying to look on line or in the paper. Since you do not want to breed - you could fine a nice pet for about 1500. Have you checked out the ytca.org for a list of breeders near you or research around your area. Most people that will sell a nice pet have the parents tested to make sure they are sound, most show to prove their dogs, and all have guarantees to protect you and the breeder. Expect a good breeder to ask you a lot of questions - remember they are trying to find the best life long home for their pups where they will be loved and cared for. Sometimes breeders will have a beautiful yorkie pup, but may not have the attitude for the ring - then it is usually sold as a pet. Also - expect spay/neuter strict contracts or the pup spayed/neutered before leaving the breeder.
