Don't be shy, and stop by all the hispanic stores in the area. Show people pictures. Post those pictures in hispanic markets, and offer a reward. Best places to post pictures: head start. child developenment, public schools, library, YMCA, Gas stations, spcs, vet offices, walmarts. Make a checklist, and make sure you cover all these places. Take a day off from work to do these. The police, might not be very helpful, but by filling a report, you will have documention of these episodes, in case of the court getting involve in the future(you just never know). I had talked about me finding some chinese inperial dogs in the past. The owners were looking in all the wrong places, and I was looking for lost dogs adds in different medias.
