my dogs were like that too as puppies, I would just hand feed them bits until they wouldn't eat anymore. For some reason they would eat more if I fed it to them bit by bit, although it is tedious. You probably shouldn't try to coax him into eating by giving him treats, as he'll only get more used to it and continue to refuse to eat dry food. Eventually I'm sure he'll eat the dry food if that is his only option, as my dogs learned to do. |
