It's been about 2.5 months since my last update. I'm down another 10 lbs (22 lbs total), and it has been pretty slow but steady progress. And I am eating all the time--heathly food though.
I only have about 5 sessions left with my trainer, and I'm going to miss him. I hope I can keep this up myself.
I still hope to lose about 7 lbs. I don't really care how long it takes. I feel great, and that is the most important thing.
