A little bit of both but not enough. I am lucky to have a pretty high metabolism, Ive always been thin until my pregnancy. But now I do try and eat better and switched to diet drinks although I try not to drink that much soda at all anymore. I try to eat more vegetables now and less starches. And I excersize just a little bit several times a week. I do consistantly work my abs everyday with my excersize ball and ab roller. I intend to excersize a lot more, we certainly have the equipment but I just havent made the time like I wish I would.
I just wish my weight would at least distribute evenly over my body, but NOOOOO, it is all sitting in my thighs right now
