In the US we had to have the 7001 Form cause we stayed 30 days ... it is a Stamp on a Paper saying you can take the dog back to Europe ..... the Vet there takes Care of that ....... you just have to pay .... ask them once your there ....

I don't know what kind of passport but we call it here a European passport for dogs which state his name, birthday, what vaccines had been given, etc.
Btw, I am going to stay only 2 weeks, do you think that I will need the 7001 Form also? Thank you for your reply.
