Does he have something good to chew on besides your hand? Bully sticks are great, don't forget he's teething and this hurts and chewing helps. Don't tempt him with bare feet, when he nips at your hand, you can try putting the hand further up the mouth, and saying no. Don't over use the word, save it for really important things. I heard one womans tape of her telling her dog no, and it was like, "No don't do that be a good girl, mommy wants a good girl, no, be good" and on and on. Also after saying no, many people recommend giving them a substitute. I agree with Chachi the bitter apple spray can also be effective. Those sharp baby teeth hurt.
