My experience training a new puppy while I was working was that it took much longer. Potty training a yorkie can be challenging even when you are home with them all day. But not being there to take them out every hour just prolongs the process. It can be frustrating to come home to a mess after a long day at work.
Can you take a few days off with the new puppy to get him used to his new surroundings?
