Wow!! How strange!!! Very interesting! My dogs are too small, but maybe I can spray some over the fence at my neighbor's dog - just kidding!! I'm glad you found this - I bet it will be really helpful for people. It doesn't seem like there are a lot of options that really work without hurting the dog...
