Holly went back today and got a modified puppy cut. Dang it I forgot to remind them not to cut the bangs and top knot. They took more off her head than they did yesterday! I'm beginning to think that my baby Holly will never have a long top knot like her sister does. The gal at the shop was so nice. I wish more companies would teach their employees to own up to their mistakes and treat their customers like royalty. That is sure the way I was treated and I so appreciate it!
