I know what you mean by being upset. Fedex gave me such a hard time when I wanted to surprise my mom with a new cellphone, I ended up telling her the surprise since I was having so many problems. I was tracking my phone too. I kept calling, filing complaints and still nothing, so I filed a complaint with the BBB and I contacted the person who is the head of the company finally got somewhere lol. They end up telling me the package was delivered to another address that was the same as mine almost. So they tracked it down and was suppose to pick it up and redeliver. They never did. Well still waiting and the elderly lady who had my cellphone wrote me a letter (she was wonderful for doing that). She told me she called Fed Ex and told them they had delivered it to the wrong address and they kept saying they were coming and never did. So my mom had to go get the cellphone from her. Oh and they also said they made an attempt to deliver and we know they didn't. We were home all day. Fed Ex is horrible!
