I actually disagree... The use of pee pads should be determined by your schedule. Its definately not a last resort, but yet the first choice for some
If a person has to work an 8 hr day...one cant really expect a pup to hold it until someone gets home to let em' out? Meka has been pad trained since day 1 and it works for us
She has no problem's going outside either
