This is one of the problems I have with the Continental Kennel Club, I believe they choose those initials to mislead people into thinking the dogs were registered with the legitimate Canadian Kennel Club. The Continental Kennel Club will register just about any dog, so their registry seems rather worthless to me. I don't know why people say you can have dual registration; if your dogs aren't eligible for the AKC you can't register them with it. Just because the Continental Kennel Club allows you to register them AKC, CKC, this means nothing. I'm not sure what your recourse is. I would see an attorney. I also would list the name of the breeder in the Breeder Review Forum
Breeder, Vet, & Groomer Reviews - YorkieTalk.com Forums - Yorkshire Terrier Community If this happened with a person who just wanted a pet, it wouldn't be so bad, but since you are planning on breeding, this dog won't fill your needs.
You know it's almost like if someone started a registry called the Agriculture Kennel Club, and said that the dogs were AKC.
