A murmur graded at 6 is a congential defect. The breeding pair also need to be spay/neutered along with any siblings from the litter.
Was there no written health guarantee beyond a 72 hours? Without that you likely have no recourse.
Not knocking your breeder...but being licensed doesn't necessarily make you a reputable breeder.
