If you have a lease that says you can have pets, the new owner cannot evict you for having a pet. Your lease is good and the terms cannot be changed by the new owner. Have you spoke to them about this?

I found this picture on the internet. I don't have a digital camera or camera phone to get a pic of him. You would not be disappointed if you saw him though. Brown and black. Very standard Yorkie.

I don't have any pics online but he is similar to the picture of the dog at the very bottom of the picture that is attached. Just smaller. I just had his haircut today so he is fresh and ready to go to a new home.

He does not fight at all. He loves playing with other dogs. He was with a VERY dominant female yorkie and they didn't have a problem. She told him to stay in his place and he did. He is currently being boarded at a dog daycare and is with about 12 other dogs all day and does very well.

I am in the west loop area. I can meet you somewhere if you can take him today.

Do you like in downtown Chicago? I am a little worried about the dominance issue, "top dog" is such a yorkie thing. My female is very dominante as well. When do you have to be out of your building?

He is friendly with other dogs. He does like to establish dominance at first by growling but has never attacked. He is small but likes to be "top dog". He is in dog daycare for the last week being boarded and is getting along very well with about 12 other dogs.

I was served a 5 day notice for eviction because a new owner bought our building and we aren't allowed to have dogs anymore. The adoption fee is to cover his boarding bill at dog daycare.

I am in Chicago but can meet you halfway somewhere. He is not neutered but can arrange a free neuter with PAWS or Anti-Cruelty for you. The only paperwork he has is the shot records. He is small. about 6 lbs.
