It is half correct.
Dogs can eat entirely people food as long as it is the right kind.
Egg is fine but some people prefer not to give the yolk.
What you scramble it in could be a problem because of the fat content.
That is why I like boiling them or you might get away with scrambling in a very small amount of olive oil.
