So many vets do give them all at once but I can tell you from first hand experience, it is not good to do it that way. Ellie has DHLPP-C and rabies in the same day. She had a severe reaction. It was most likely from the lepto but could be from the rabies. Now I don't know and I am faced with vaccinating her for rabies again next year... The AAHA has also expressed a little bit of concern about giving them all at once because each one requires an immune response and the immune system can be overwhelmed, so negation of immunity/no protection if one of the components didn't "take" can occur.
