I got my carseat from
www.myspoiledpup.com aka Brooke's site. I got the Lookout II. It is big enough to fit both my chi's ( 4lbs and 6lbs) comfortably. Now luckily they like to snuggle each other. They don't get into arguements over who is touching who. There is a bigger one but you have to make sure your seatbelt can stretch to 44" which is A LOT. If I were you I would consult with Brooke and I did. She can guide you in the right direction.
And I also think that you should start with one. Being the lazy person that I am thinking of getting a 2nd so that I can just permanently keep on in the hubby's car as well. No need to transfer.
