Actually I just thought of something for the nap issue. Do you have a swing? The swing is generally the only way I can get Tess to nap. If she takes a nap anywhere else during the day she usually wakes up tired and cranky after only 10-15 minutes. So I usually put her in her swing and she takes a nap for a good 2-3 hours in the afternoon (and she usually takes a quick 20 minutes nap in the late morning). If she has trouble falling a sleep while in her swing I put the Baby einstein mozart DVD in her dvd player and it plays nothing but classical music and shows picture images and I hate to say this because I know it wasnt designed for this purpose it but it usually puts her to sleep
