Tiffany did this too back then and it broke my heart but it was also VERY exhausting for me ..... She used to scream all the time too and all I did was go in there talk to her .... not picking her up ... just make her calm down and leave the room .... it will happen sooner or later .....
And for being constipated ... have you tried Applejuice ... works for mine ....
