 Two yorkies - suggestions?
Hi everyone,
We recently adopted our second yorkie (Molly Rose) after meeting her at "Because Your Dog is Worth it too" event. We thought it would be great to get our little 2 1/2 year old yorkie (Griffin) a friend. Boy were we wrong.
Griffin is a very sweet boy - a gentle soul. We have had Molly Rose for two weeks now and Griffin is simply not happy. She is still very young (approx 6 months) and is a wirely little thing. She takes his toys and jumps on him. At first he would just go hide under the bed. Now he is fighting back a little, which we are told is a good thing. But he still is very unhappy. My heart breaks for him. I'm trying to do everything they say, feed him first, put his leash on first, walk them together. Does anyone have any other suggestions on how to make them co-exist happily?
