Thanks guys. I called the shop and asked to speak to the owner. She had gone for the day. I got the gal that groomed Holly. She said she questioned the instructions when she found that Holly had some mats. She nearly called me to clarify, but did not. As it turns out, they got the girls descriptions mixed up on their client card. I will take Holly back tomorrow and they will clip her shorter at no charge. The gal was very nice about it. They said they would correct the card so the mistake does not happen again.
