I HATE FEDEX!!!!!!
What else can I do??
I had to have my camera worked on...and when I asked what shipping they used, they said they only used FedEx...
...knowing the problems we have had w/ FedEx in the past....I tried to get another shipping, but couldn't!
NOW, my camera (which was needed for my DD's volleyball game on Tuesday and today) is still NOT here!!!
I have tracked it every day...it has been "on the truck" since Aug. 30th!!!
Each day, the driver logs "attempted but no one home"....and that is CRAP! (sorry) The problem is, this BOY wants to get home and apparently can't drive here to deliver a package!
I have had the FedEX tracking up and just now, when I refreshed it, it said "attempted, blah, blah blah" at 6:30pm...what a bunch of BS!!!
I have been home all week waiting for my camera!!!
The first call I made, FedEX said that since there was no tag left on the door, that the driver must have been at the wrong house. Which, I told them he always does this...it never fails! They quoted my address..and it was correct. Today, I told them that this driver KNOWS this address because we go thru this EVERY time we have a FedEX package!!!
Today...I was given the run around again! I called the camera place in hopes that they could call FedEX and get this taken care of, but the person I needed was already gone. I called FedEX and the person I needed was already gone.
So...I guess I will try these tomorrow...BUT what else can I do? This guy does NOT need to be on this route if he is not going to make his deliveries. I can't even count on my hands the number of times he has done this....hence the reason why we specifically ask when we order things NOT to ship FedEX....
I am soooooo PO'ed right now!
Does anyone know what else I can do?????? PLEASE!!!!
