Ugh!...I do sympathise with you! My first and last grooming experience was not good..she just hurt my baby!
Bathed her without conditioner!..didn't cut anything on her head (wouldn't have got near her!) and cut the hair on her legs too short..she looked ridiculous! I too paid my money and never said anything!
Since then I have been snipping away at Pixie's hair myself..too nervous to go to another groomer! She is so good with me too..I can do almost anything with her with no fuss. I wish I could give you some good advice! Are you still going to stick with them or find another groomer? If you are going to go back then I would speak to them and explain that there was a misunderstanding..they should then rectify it with no extra cost.
