The best tip I can give is don't take her to a groomer.
There are plenty of excellent groomers out there but some just aren't.
There is no way to know unless you watch them cut other dogs' hair and develop a relationship...
If you don't know the groomer, watch EVERY step.
Noose around the chest instead of neck if possible.
No cage dryers...room temp air may be okay but best to avoid altogether.
No letting the groomer turn away from the table for even 5 seconds.
