Just wanted to let everyone know. I just got off the phone about 30 mins ago with the Vet. Mollie did fine she was just waking up when she called and she wasn't happy. I could hear her crying in the background. She said she was fine that dogs tend to do that when they are coming out of the anesthesia until they get their bearings.

Anyway they want to keep her one more night just to keep more antiobotics in her. The vet said that her uterus hadn't completely healed from where she had the puppies and, we could have treated it with medication but, like I told my husband we did not get her to breed her to make money. We wanted to let her have 1 litter of puppies and she did. So I didn't want to put her through that again.

The vet did say that if we hadn't have caught this as early as we did it could have turned into pyrometra(sp). So everything turned out for the best.
