It's likely neither she nor Teddy even remember their "relationship". Teddy is puppy...he wants to play with everyone...she is older and isn't interested in that puppy stuff.
If it means anything...when I had Trace...the breeder who was a friend told me...his mom would still look for him (he was a singleton)...brings her over. She hated him. He wasn't the puppy she was looking for and he smelled like CATS.
To socialize them...you really need to expose them to other dogs all the time. The dogs mine see now...they see frequently.
