 Wear tight jeans when you're around home and it will remind you to
 not eat those extra bites of whatever.
 I've gained 10 pounds and I hate it, too.

 I'm cutting out sweets, high carbs, and going for walks.
 Drink big glasses of water because it fills you up and it's good for your skin!
