Oh, I should also mention, I understand your groomer fears. The first groomer really messed up the cut. It was uneven everywhere and she looked terrible.
Now that I have a cut I like, I bought some clippers and so far have trimmed her once myself, just trying to maintain the lines and I hand scissored around the face and legs. I did pretty well, though I need a lot more practice getting the face even. Just a thought.
