Lexie will be turning 1 year old on Sunday and I'm throwing her a HUGE birthday party!!! (Don't tell her though!) I am trying to find a grain-free cake that actually looks appealing and impressive. The only recipes that I can find are meat based and they don't look impressive and I want her cake to look like an actual cake. Any ideas?!
