URG! My website shipping is being a huge pain this week!!!
There IS a United States bubble that you should be able to choose, but for some reason it's not showing up for certain shoppers. I've had numerous emails from shoppers.
I don't know what is wrong, but I completely deleted Canada, hoping it will bring up the U.S. Shipping rates. It may just bring up an error.

Let me know if it works for you this time. Otherwise I can send you an invoice, if you'd like.
