I agree that it sounds great but I have to admit I'm still somewhat confused on how it works exactly.

Based on the pics I just don't see how the pad would stay into place and not ride up. Especially since it was indicated that it doesn't fit snug. I know if Alphy's aren't snug the whole band is soaked.
