OMG...that is ONE SICK EVIL Woman and SOMEONE needs to press charges against her - she needs to be locked up - too bad SHE didn't go out the window instead of that poor helpless yorkie - what A SICKO ....I can't believe the people in this world sometimes - just can't BELIEVE it.
