He isn't doing her ANY favors by NOT pressing charges. She sounds like a danger to others as well as prbably even herself. If she gets away with this....what's next?!? Whatever it is, he will feel partially guilty for it for giving her the ability to do it. The city will probably, and should, press charges. |
