Since her appetite *might* be coming back, that's good - so maybe she just got into a little something. Otherwise, the vet would probably want to run a standard blood panel; beyond that though, with yorkies you often want to check the function of their liver/pancreas - so they may want to check that as well this time - or next time (depending on what they find from the general panel). But, it really could be that she got into something...it's so tough to say. But, you're right to be concerned with her size and not eating - bc they really do need to eat/drink often at this size. You're doing a great job staying on top of it though
