I do have the pad spray. It works sometimes, not others. When he's locked up he uses his pad pretty religiously. but when he's free to roam, he prefers to lift his leg on my bed frame.

I guess theoretically, the little area that he's in currently is about the size of a large crate.. so I guess its not too bad.
